1. How do you book an Assistant?

You can book an assistant either by phone, fax or email. The booking form can be downloaded from the website or click here (link).

2. How much is an Assistant going to cost?

Each Assistant is paid per procedure; the individual procedure costs can be obtained form PAS Ltd directly via telephone or email.

4. How much notice does PAS Ltd need to find an Assistant?

We would prefer to have a minimum of 24 hours however; we will endeavour to provide an Assistant as short notice where possible.

5. Can I book Assistants out of hours?

6. Will there be a surcharge for an Assistant out of hours?

Yes, there is a small additional cost for an Assistant between 9pm –till 8am Monday to Friday and Saturday 6pm till Monday 8am.

7. What happens if an Assistant does not turn up?

Please contact PAS ltd as soon as possible, where the matter will be resolved by the Management.

8. What happens if I need to cancel the case and don’t need the Assistant?

You can cancel a booking free of charge at any time up until 2 hours prior to the start of the procedure, less than two hours will result in a surcharge being applied.

9. Will the Assistant have professional liability, CRB, and all other relevant documentation?

Yes, all PAS Ltd Professional Assistants will have all the relevant documentation in place as stipulated by the Health Care Commission and individual Independent Organisations.
